Managing Director

Cliff Olin has been assisting business owners and managers in corporate finance and strategic development for over 35 years. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital raising, business valuations, and strategic consulting.

Mr. Olin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Hamilton College. He is a registered representative with Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC.
