Alan Wagner has owned several small businesses and has been a valuation consultant since 1986. He has provided valuation services to business owners, banks, credit unions, attorneys, CPAs and government entities.
Alan has also performed CFO functions to several businesses in the Environmental, Asset Inventory and Valuation sectors. His varied experience makes him well qualified to offer advice to business owners on their Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
Alan has been awarded the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) designation by the Association of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors.
His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.

Tom Vail is a retired Senior Vice President of a $5 Billion bank, where he worked for over 40 years. Tom was a Regional Manager who oversaw 10 branches and was responsible for commercial lending within his region. His experience includes interfacing with the small business owners regarding their financing needs and assisting them in meeting their bank related goals and objectives. In his 40 years, Tom has worked with a very diverse group of commercial clients with unique problems and concerns. Tom considers himself a problem solver and specializes in transactions of businesses with annual gross revenues under $500,000. Tom is also the “go to guy” regarding bank financing for business owners.

MaryAnn Borawa

Maryann oversees the office staff and is responsible for overall customer service. Her duties include; client contact maintenance, organization of documents and services, assisting the Directors and Principal with provision of services and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
